#5 Hats Off

Oh my goodness, how I would just absolutely LOVE to be able to go to this exhibit at the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. A collaborative project between the museum and couture hat designer, Stephen Jones, the 300 hat display will be running through May 31st. I just adore wearing hats. I would like to think that I could pull off some of these outlandishly exquisite hats, but I'm not so sure. Still, I just love to look at the pictures. It reminds me of that surreal hat scene in My Fair Lady. Since actually seeing the exhibit is out of the question, perhaps the consolation could be found in this book by Jones himself, published in conjunction with the exhibit. Mental note to wear more hats.....
